I always thought Reagan really took the story of "the emperor's new clothes" to heart. This Shrub guy is less creative, IMO. I guess the job description for a Republican president includes "short term in politics being governor" and "entertainment or sports background preferred"
It's just too bad for this country.
I wish the right wing would get over Clinton. He had major personal problems, of course, but, all in all, did a pretty good job running the country. I think that's how history will remember him. Impeaching him now is ridiculous. It shows how the right wing won't get over him, they won't have anything else to chew on if they don't. The criteria, remember, is "high crimes and misdemeanors." Not easy to accuse, or prove, as the Senate finally figured out the last time.
Don't pay attention to the right wing blowhards. They will say nasty things just to get you upset and mad. Then they accuse you of overreacting. Don't fall for it. Let's just wait and see how the Shrub reacts in a crisis.
