I am sure the Dramurai will very carefully try to get their very best factual and legal arguments up before the court deemed "most sympathetic" to their cause. The danger in this is that if the "best argument" falls first, what is left for the other arguments which follow? Can you say domino? Micron better be careful. A judge which grants all your motions for postponement expects you to put on one heck of a factual/legal case when the time finally comes. It is interesting to me that Rambus does not seem outwardly concerned or frustrated about any of these moves. They seem to be quietly trudging forward, ready for the fight when it finally comes to pass. Of course, the longer the delay the greater the potential past damages. <g>
