Look, Bill, Varian has tried to cover up for years the bathroom videotaping done of employees, their children, etc. for 5 weeks 24/7 as a continuum in their fascist efforts to suppress free speech. As an attorney you should appreciate that the two corporate plaintiffs have refused to specify special damages in their SLAPP lawsuit and instead have thrown out the names of people like Agilent's Julie Fouquet as potential witnesses. You probably should also be able to guess what having no damages means for Varian Medical and Varian Semiconductor. Now you may start understanding why what Varian is doing is considered to be so heinous and such a threat to Americans everywhere. -Mary
