Is the spectrum auction just finished the re-auction of the Nextwave spectrum? If so, I saw an article today that some smaller players are filing legal complaints that the big boys (T/AWE, Cingular, Sprint, Verizon, Voicestream, ...) used "fronts" to qualify for and participate in the bidding.
