According to Solv 6/30/97 press release JR had 1.1m shares margined. ML filed 144 and apparently sold 200k at 7 (guess) would cover $1.4m margin. Why would ML apparently file identical form twice? Aren't these certificates supposed to have restrictions posted on them shouldn't we know if the filing is a duplicate (as appears)? After rereading my personal margin contract I would say any thing possible especially paying for a legal adversaries "reasonable legal fees". Going cash account tomorrow.
