I think the real Stuarts will have trouble with uncle sammy, as I don't think those types have the sense of mind to maintain in "safe liquid positions" those funds required over a 12-24 month time frame (maybe days or hours, but not months). You know, dough for college, tax man, realestate taxes. mad2
