Dear ThirdEye, in America where I live my understanding of the direct construction of the laws and words of the English state that only the Governor of a state and of course pardoners of the rich like clinton can create an ex-felon with a pardon. Otherwise a person convicted of committing a felony is a felon and after that person dies sans pardon he is a dead felon and not an ex-felon. There also may be in states a process where a person who has been convicted of a felony can partition the court to become a felon with his right to vote restored.

So the United States Civil Rights Commission held hearing and 0, Zero, no-one came forward and testified that they were denied the right to vote. This IS a fact. As far as I know no felon came forward and claimed that he was denied the right to vote which by his former action he forfited. Another fact is Ms Berry with her comments about the Secretary of State of Florida demonstrated what a complete ass she is and once again demonstrated the ability of clinton in picking putting ethical retards in positions of power.

So I don't have a clue as to what issue of ex-felons is very much a pending case in this regard.

But I'm an engineer and I take the words with their simple and common meaning as in the meaning of is. clinton is an ex-pres who is impeached and is guilty of admitting he lied under oath. clinton is the first ex-pres to leave office and recieve a pardon by admitting he lied under oath and accepting disbarment for several years and paying a 25k fine.

clinton may be the first ex-pres to have a 60% white collar felon pardon ratio showing by this example that money talks and can buy justice in America.

President Bush is the winner of the Populace vote by 16 million in the last election.
