Here is some good DD on the company; recent stuff (Dec): bizmonthly.com I think the company believes it has a strong chance of winning the lawsuit. At $300 million, and with a float of only 7 mil,that should bob this one to the top fast. Even if they only get a part of that, or favorable settlement (I read that the judge threw out ADM's request for dismissal) the stock should rocket. I watched ANTM (now ARCS) jump from .13 to $4.97 in a couple of months and it was carrying 7 times the float this one has. Last spring this one went from 4 cents to .64 in about 16 business days. If you want to do some really good DD, chase down the info on the director, Thomas Kempner, and his connections.
