Bill, I only defend myself "in tandem" if I am sued in tandem. Varian brought me into their SLAPP against free speech solely because I am a co-founder of MoBeta, Inc. Additionally, Varian involved the Agilent employee in to their SLAPP and we still don't know which non-employees including anyone employed by Agilent, Novellus, etc. were secretly videotaped using a Varian company bathroom. Hopefully, we soon will: geocities.com
