The Japanese have bigger problems than anything lower interest rates can solve. How about miles of Government regulations and high taxes for business to plow through, not even to mention that the Japanese people are fanatical money savers, which is no recipe for economic turn arounds.

But you already had that figured out. The interest rate stuff was just to push buttons. You wouldn't really dispute the role of interest rates on market valuations, would you? You're too smart to do that. But not too smart to be a wise cracker.
