Bob: Welcome to this thread. I think you raised a very good point. But you noticed that the trend in those numbers is going in the right direction: Down. Hopefully it will keep going down. Also from their Edgar filing: "ASI provides services nationwide to a variety of clients, including American Express Company, Citibank, N.A., Hewlett-Packard Company, NYNEX Corporation and The Proctor & Gamble Company."
