Maybe. I remember your concern. You were pretty sure Bush still would have won. I also had thought Bush would still have won after seeing the partial from Dade.

Actually the Hearld is a liberal paper. That aside, the method used to count the undervotes in Dade, after the fact, was a very "fair" way. I believe there was a panel of 8.
