How so, ThirdEye? How did they "knowingly violate" it...? Also, do you know what PROOF of citizenship the Federal Voting Rights Act of 1993 requires????? And what if the person registers, says he/she is a citizen, and really ISN'T a citizen???? Don't you think we should be checking, with the same sort of proof that an employer must have in the company files for each employee....I=9 type PROOF???? I DO! Your reference to the Motor Voter Law in California is also known as the Federal Voting Rights ACT of 1993 if I'm not mistaken, the very law that Jeb Bush and Katherine Harris knowingly violated last year.
