Thanks to the Q4 meltdown, 64Mb to 128Mb SDRAM transition seems to have occurred in a record time. AMD can benefit from this if the marketing group can raise the bar on the high-end PC memories to 256MB and thus increasing Intel's Rambus tax.

Can you guys think of any company that can benefit from this rapid DRAM generational transition (from 64 to 128Mb)?
