PRICEINTERACTIVE WINS COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY AWARD FOR SPEECHPORT™
SpeechPort™ Garners Top Honor as Communications Solutions™ Product of the Year Award for Voice Portal Platform
RESTON, Va., January 22, 2001 – PriceInteractive, a leading Speech Application Service Provider (ASP), today announced that it has been honored with a Communications Solutions™ Product of the Year award in the voice portal platform category for its ground-breaking SpeechPort™?solution that speech enables Web or enterprise-based content and applications.
The Communications Solutions Product of the Year awards were announced in the magazine’s January issue. The Product of the Year program recognizes innovative products and services that have furthered voice/data convergence. Award categories include enabling technologies, corporate solutions and next generation networks/services, among others.
PriceInteractive’s SpeechPort service is a new hosted offering that allows e-businesses, content providers, carriers and portals to provide speech-activated enterprise and Web content to end users through a natural speech interface.
