I think the litigation with KRY is a function of the govt. pressure on PDG to develop LC. The "legal" stuff is a smoke screen. They want PDG to s-- or get off the pot. Venz has a grand vision of KM88 as the next Carlin Trend or South Africa. There is also huge pressure from the locals to restore their industry down there. It's their livelihood and these foreign companies are tieing up the deposits They want jobs and work, and investors looking at Venz. have a poor understanding of that dynamic and thus cast Venz. as the bad guys. That's not really correct, as I place much of the problem at PDG feet. I am 100% certain that if PDG (or any other major) went to the govt and said they were ready to develop, the KRY issues would disappear like night at sunrise.
