Thanks....well, I'm down so much on the stock, I may as well hold it.....the calls are almost worthless under $2, so may as well hold them and see what develops.

What is the chance these folks will settle....if they did, it should be a big boost for rmbs....any chance they will settle or is Micron gonna go for broke and play this thing out in court........I can see how the courts rule for Micron, but still say royalties must be paid....some legal eagles think this is going to be the most likely scenario....if this happens, it probably wont be good for rmbs...folks will only see the negative......
