Yes, ASIS is in the same business as ESOL. I too was invested in ESOL, but got out with a small loss. I think, Employee Solutions can come back if they can prove that they can control their cost.

As far as ASIS is concerned, in their last quarter, they were able to increase both their gross and net margins. They achieved this while more than doubling in size! A far different story than ESOL. Also in it's hay days (about three months ago), ESOL was afforded a PE multipe of 65 and and that number was as high as 82 at the begining of the year. If ASIS was priced at those multiples, we are looking at a $50 stock!
