Dear John: Its true the institutional managers have hair triggers these days, but I think the real problem is just lack of excitement in the market meaning buyers are not enthused enough to buy unless they get what they want DIRT CHEAP. I know I am overcome with this feeling myself. I dont see the economy improving overnight thus I have the feeling I have time to think and act carefully, so I await major dips to buy on. JDN
