he thinks, like the money, the unpaid bills will go to money heaven... is there one half sharp guy on the committee with say first semester t accounting who is willing to expose the danger? nah! will be seriously thinking about hooking up with what's left of some "long" term rates and watch from one of my ledge towers until rationality returns sorry... guess i'm the one who is insane. never mind.
