I keep reading comments that T will be another IBM as a turnaround story. If that's going to be the case, then T's stock price is going a great deal lower before it ever see's that turnaround. IBM was selling in the $40 range by the time it hit bottom. That's about 1/4 of its previous high. If T follows that same pattern, it'll be trading somewhere in the low teens before to long.

I'm convinced T will be below $27 before it see's $47.

I'm coming to the conclusion that the real agenda at the corporate level is to run T down. How could any intelligent leadership make so many bad corporate moves?

Start to accumulate when T breaks below $20.
