I don't buy the one to one anology of a CEO v/s leader of a country. They are two completely different animals. CEO style of leadership is a sorry excuse for lack of in depth knowledge about running the country. However, we can feel secure that it is being run by Cheney, Powell, Rice et al. If for any reasons, any of his good cabinet colleagues start peeling away, then it is trouble. Also, the real test will come when split second decisions need to be made about people's life and death by the president and him alone. Give me any example of a good CEO that you want to compare Bush to and I will point out huge craters in your theory. CEO's usually know about all the work that they are delegating except for the fine details. Delegating of individual tasks is fine. Delegating the presidency is a totally different issue.
