One probable reason, as I posted earlier, is the reduction in earnings estimates for '01. Both Value Line and the screen for earnings on Yahoo estimate that earnings will decline in '01 compared to '00. The PE is close to 20, not 6, based on operating earnings, as I understand it, as well.
