I guess the difference between tech and biotech seems to be that one is sensitive to economic cycles and the other (biotech) is apparent not.

Doesn't answer the valuation question. Tech is a lot better than biotech in this environment, IMHO.
(of course it never hurts to add exposure to the biotech holdrs--i think it is bbh on amex)
