MYGN has the best yeast two hybrid technology team in the nation and has discovered several genes involved in some fatal human diseases. They also have a product called pro net which is one of the best databases to look for signal transduction pathways on the protein level. It's overvalued right now, but this is one of those companies that I believe that can justify its valuation down the road.

I will add AFFX to the list that will see its cap halfed in years.
