Luther, That is why I am saying that the market misunderstood Greenspan....at the market reaction indicates this.
If the Naz stays at current levels, expect a cut very soon. That is how I see it unfolding...if the market does rally, we may not get an intermeeting cut but I still feel Greenspan is going to send a message that he is serious about cutting interest rates further....probably with action.

He knows the Naz represents consumer sentiment as well and that is the key to him.
