I read that James McDougal had his life saving heart medication taken away from him in prison It was only a matter of time once they did not permit him to have it. However, Bill Clinton should be praised at the way he was able to turn a Democratic controlled House and Senate and a majority of Democratic Governors into a Republican revival. It was a huge loss of power by the Democrats. And to that end Bill Clinton can really claim that he is the reason for the good economic times during his Presidency. This is because it would of never happened with a Democratic controlled Congress. So in the words of G. W. Bush. It is time to move on. Let Bubba move into his new digs in Harlem. Maybe he can bring some prosperity to that economically depressed area.
