Note to David Dennis & Arlan Kalev, I didn't post the notice about the lawsuit to encourage someone to pursue litigation, I did so because at the time it was news worthy. (Note: I also posted Presstek's reply to the litigation)

Neil Mack, did you ever find out how many shares Cabot Money Management sold while The Cabot Newsletter was promoting the stock (IE. what does a miniscule number of shares equal ??). By the way, Neil and others, I must voice my opinion on something: anyone who subscribes to The Cabot Letter and holds Presstek shares who wasn't totally outraged to find out that a Cabot affiliate (his son, no less!) was selling Presstek while Dad was telling subscribers to buy the stock is a much more trusting and forgiving person than I.

Neil, is the Cabot Letter and Cabot Money Management in the same building??

I guess this might stir things up a bit, but I have to ask this question to anyone who holds Presstek and reads this thread: Were you not bothered to find out that Lutts, Sr. was saying "Buy Presstek" while Lutts, Jr. was saying "Sell Presstek" ??; Neil didn't seem bothered by this: what about Jason, Jason's Mother, David Pace, Big Al, Jim and others?? I would have been livid.
