To answer your questions from my perspective.

I'm looking at a 2 year horizon, NUKO will either be big or be nothing by then, we should know which within 6-9 months.

144 Files are for very small holdings.

Corporate restructure reflects that NUKO does not hold the relationships with the carriers etc and that Cisco/Nortel/ADC do.
Channel sales is a more cost-effective way of moving boxes quickly. ADC relationship will be very profitable in the short term
IMHO.

Will revenues come, who knows for sure? thats why we are at
3 1/8.

If reality was 20mil revs for Q4, management awarding themselves
big options bonuses and people queueing to buy product would
we be at 3 1/8.

Your a big boy now Van, you pays your money and you takes
your chances like the rest of us.

I MAY BE WRONG do your own DUE DILIGENCE!!!!!!!!!
