TA, There was one item that was exceptional mixed in with a lot of cautionary statements.

Here it is as how I understand it:
Sales now for this fiscal year are 3.9billion combined.
However for 2002 June year end, it is 6 billion.

That is an over 50% growth rate for the next year!
I had the JDSU growth rate of about 36% for 2002.

It is early to estimate for 2002 but that is what their preliminary figures seem to indicate.

Apart from from that, the positive is that the company is now a powerhouse in this business.
