I see no problem there. I see the problem of the "moderation" within individual threads by the "host" as a matter of judgement. There are basic rule of conduct which are expressed by the TOU. Then there are gray areas, for example, a guy who was "harping" on a particular investor on his thread, never technically violating the TOU, but creating a nuisance non the less. Some thread participants wanted the thread changed to a moderated forum, but the originator declined, on principle, and eventually the guy left. I guess he got tired of talking to himself. But yes, it is a free country and there is indeed freedom of association. But I happen to enjoy diversity of opinion.
