From The Security Trader... I Guess He Thinks We Are Going To Rally Tuesday Feb 13 6:10 PM EST Update in progress...indices up first. BKX (Bank Index) - Sym triangle close to breaking down...CAUTION BTK (Biotech Index) - Bearish Engulfing stick at 50 Day MA and r.shoulder highs.....a tick below todays lows and its a small head & shoulder breakdown. DRG (Drug Index) - Snap-back rally to resistance and now a rising wedge breakdown = TYPICAL. IIX (Internet Index) - Rallied to / near resistance and turned back over....below 225 and downtrend continues....Rising wedge and H&S still in play. INDU (DOW 30) - see comments below...SAME. NDX (Nasdaq 100) - Rallied to/ near resistance, turned back over and took out Mondays lows = continuation of downtrend....next MAJOR support around 2100, the rising wedge measurement. OEX (S&P 100) - In a Bear Flag breakdown. OSX ( Oil Serivce) - Close to a rising wedge breakdown. RUT (Russell 2000) - Very close to both a small heas & shoulder pattern and a large rising wedge breakdown. SOXX (Semiconductors) - Rising wedge breakdown rolling over into a head & shoulder breakdown....NOT responding off the 50MA support. XAL (Airline Index) - Bearish 3 stick pattern and ready to fall off another cliff. XAU (Gold / Silver) - Head & shoulder breakdown. WHERES THE BEEF ! XBD (Broker Index) - Rising wedge breakdown and potentially rolling into a H&S pattern...no trouble unless the 50MA fails. XCI (computer Index) - Rallied to / near resistance and turned back over....below 913 and downtrend continues....Rising wedge and H&S still in play. XTC (Telecom Index) - CLIFF Hanger !!!!!!
