If you are referring to John Fitzpatrick, it appears to me he is just a shareholder that has 144 shares. He has filed to sell the same amount of shares about every 90 days since September. 90 days is the time limit to sell the shares and if they don't, they have to file again. If I had to take a guess, I would say they are the same shares that he keeps filing on in case he wants to sell them and be eligible to do so. If you have any other information of insider selling lately, could you please post the information and a link. Thanks in Advance, Bill
