Jerome, Numbers do not lie. AMAT is like the marathoner who slowly but surely catches up to and then overtakes you in the blink of an eye. AMAT 4 years ago had about 3% in CMP market share if memory serves; they are now the leader. Anyone who bets against AMAT had better know something that nobody else does, or else be ready to cover their bet. They are gaining slowly but surely in other areas in which they are weak; ion implantation and defect inspection come to mind. Brian
