What we knew: PSIX had a bad Q3 PSIX probably will have a weak Q4(thus lack of guidance) PSIX supposed to have results from E&Y set to release on Feb.22 PSIX to release earnings on Feb.22 along w/annual meeting. PSIX retained Goldman Sachs to sell off parts or all of company. PSIX to make announcement regarding Inter.net in January.
