My software is a Chinese software. It comes with a writing pad and I can write Chinese characters and draw pictures. Basically, it is a graphic software. I use it to write Chinese letters and e-mails to my friends. I went to surf the internet for news and stocks. After that, I tried to write a Chinese e-mail to my friend. I found out even the light on the writing pad was OK, but it didn't work. Then I remembered when I was downloading your Jan. issue, there was a message on the lower left hand-side which said something like "start installation" (could not remember the exact wording). So I suspected it was the genie. I deleted my Chinese software and reinstalled it and it worked again. At that point, I only suspected the genie. In order to find out the genie was the problem or not, I went to your site again and got the Jan. issue. Then my software didn't work again. So I knew most likely the problem was the genie. I do enjoy your issue and information. Don't let the genie stop your good work. Happy trading.
