I'm sorry I appeared more wistful than precise in my query. I was hoping there was a legal mind(s) on this thread that could answer the patent points of your response, or speak to their strength; the previous rulings of this particular court; where else relief might be sought, etc. Also, as stated, the very nature of all the accumulated writings in this thread are what led to my musing on the perhaps 'entended' manipulation that brought us here. Just how did each of us get here? It is almost worth a poll. Oops! Wrong lingo. Almost worth demographic investigation. Thanks for the interest in replying. I can tell you are obviously quite bullish, which in heartening.
