good points about the tax pkg and probable surpluses.

also tx for the 10/30 charts... I don't know if it was serendipity or what, and I can't even
recall what led me to review those charts at briefing.com earlier today.
interesting stuff--i wish i understood it all better.
also, i did note that briefing brought up the 224 break on the CRB (and also the mention
of a clearer break of support in the GSCI in their bond brief tonight). I have been watching the CRB
on traditional pnf charts and had not yet noted a break.
