Again you make assumptions, I do know about Costa Rica as well as many countries on this earth. And I must say the US is the best I have found, seems our tax dollars are really doing good for us. But according to you, it would be better if the haves keep all the money and the rest of the people are poor and the cities and roads and infrastructure get run down so the fat cats don't have to pay tax. Let's gas chamber the poor that will help!
