Thanks for the response. Edgar shows two insiders filled on June 3rd. I don't think these are a huge deal either. But, insiders sold right before the crash down to eight after last earnings. SDL is a volatile stock. It trades great. People rush out and the stock rebounds I got in after the crash last summer. Traded out. Then got in again after last earnings crash. I always keep some sdl stock. Regards Scott.
