August: No I am not a patent attorney, but having 40 patents to my name, I have developped a sense as to what you can and what you cannot get, I even received a response from an examiner once stating that the constitution did not give me the right "to go fishing", that was of course at the end of a a disagreement of how broad a patent I could or could not get. By the way, why isn't AIMM going the route of "nutritional supplements", this, at least right now appears to be the wave of the future. Look how saw palmetto is beating the hell out of Merck's BPH's formulations, and they can even advertise direct "semi incications" Zeev
