BIOP <------- IS NOW A DESIGNATED SECURITY , NO BROKER MAY SOLICIT PURCHASE OF THESE SHARES without an unsolicited letter !! Period ..if anyone recieves a call touting or promoting this stock be advised the call is in violation of Securities laws. I sure hope Liviakis knows the meaning of the designated securities laws,, he should , so many of his deals achieve this wonderful status. A guy named Tony Altavilla has stated in phone calls that they are about to recieve FDA approval, do NOT believe him , he works for Liviakis and this is a lie and false.
