Hi Tulvio, Amongst Central Bankers that we cannot bank on, Analysts who cannot add, Business News Anchor folks who are comedians, Utilities that cannot, I am the engineer that is not.
Given a choice early, I would have gone for archeology, astronomy or architecture, but parents felt I had better have something to fall back on, and so I was trained in computer structures (fancy word for hardware) and error control coding (encryption) but realized early that I cannot compete against the more serious folks in a profession that was underpaid (at the time) and required me to work in basements.
Based in Hong Kong, my two American partners and I help folks buy and sell businesses, assets, and generally have a good time. The nature of the work is fairly constant, the nature of projects, and investors/divestors keep changing, the $s fair (better from the folks that want out than in), the human interactions human.
