Right,

As the Dems would have you believe "The Rich" (who supposedly don't pay their share), end up with 16.667 - (39.6-33.0 )=6.6/39.6 = 16.667 % reduction

33 %> 16.667 so it looks like everybody gets to buy a pretty darn nice muffler!! gggggg
