Thanks for this, what a compliment. (based on your question I wouldn't guess your store of this is very high) as intuition!! Your response to me states the very obvious which I had figured out from the start, why anyone would sell at a lower price than the market was willing to pay was what puzzled me. He didn't once try to test the market to try and get more. Too bad for his customer. He was on the buy and sell side at all different prices yesterday. Thanks for the help. Tom A.
