E-Business Infrastructure Company has joined the Maryland-China Business Council
("MCBC") (www.mcbc.net) as a sponsoring member.

Accompanying MCBC, CBQ intends to sponsor an IT Symposium to be held in
Washington DC some time in May 2001. The mission of MCBC is to foster increased
trade and investment with the People's Republic of China.
