Helsinki Television and Portal Software to Provide Revolutionary Cable Services for Home Users
CUPERTINO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 12, 2001--Portal Software, Inc. There are approximately 200 cable operators in Finland with HTV being the largest.
