Dale, IMHO the acquisitions will cause a decline in the Zitel stock price as the y2k "believers" come to the realization that y2k is not likely to be much of a factor in Zitel revenues. However, the acquistions may save the Zitel core business and prevent the total collapse of the company. I still think it is a $5 stock.
