OT: I think Laura Conigliaro's days as a spook, working for the National Security Council, have been great training for proactivity when things start to go awry. I wish all my analysts could have gone through NSC training.
Jim Cramer of TSCM.

Jim, I second your opinion of Laura C. What people don't realize is that she made that Brocade call while taking the Brocade folks on the road. In other words, she had to deal with their wrath. Takes a lot of guts to do that. In my years, going back to the SF Chron, she was one of the few analysts whose reports really made a difference.
Herb Greenberg from TSCM

We don't salute people enough when they do a good job. 45 points ago Laura Conigliaro at Goldman Sachs said she saw limited upside in Brocade. 45 points ago!! That's value added. That's what we are looking for. That's why I praise her
Cramer again

Proactivity? I look at the 12 month track and Laura was not so good.
