AG said yesterday -- effectively -- that is why there are recessions -- consumers and businesses growing unreasonably cautious.

Of course, that is pure BS, but you can't buck the idea -- "consumer-driven economy." And even when it happens (i.e. recession) the secondary symptom will still be pointed to as the cause ...
